Meet Shai - Your Pranarian Guide to Inner Liberation

Welcome to a space where breath becomes the bridge to your transformation.

I’m Shai breathwork facilitator, spirit/prana coach, sound healer, and sacred space holder. I created Breathe With Shai to help you come home to yourself. To the you beneath the noise, the pressure, and the pain. My life’s work is to support souls in creating a solid foundation of mind, body, and spirit, so they can rise, rooted in their purpose and activated in their power.

My journey took me across Colombia, Mexico, and beyond facilitating deep breath journeys in sacred spaces and virtually guiding clients from Denmark to Canada. Whether through 1:1 sessions, group programs, or my PranaMatrix certification, my intention is always the same: to create a safe, nurturing, and energetically clean space where your breath can lead you to healing, clarity, and remembrance.
